1. What services do you offer ? Accompaniment services to purchase antiques at the stores, boutiques, Paris Saint Ouen Flea Market, shows, markets and fairs throughout France.

2. Are you registered in an Official Antique Syndicate in France ? Yes we are since 2002. C.S.A. Paris is licensed to conduct business by the most important Trade Syndicate of France. We have satisfied customers from around the world and continue to grow.

3. What about sales and import taxes ? The sales tax is charged to the customer. For any antique items over 100 years old, there are no taxes to pay in the United States of America.

4. What defines an antique ? An antique is an item which is at least 100 years of age.

5. Is there a High season or low season for buying antiques ? There is no high or low season to buy antiques in France, you can book your shopping tour with us at any time of the year.

6. How can I make sure that an item is authentic ? Due to our experience, we check very carefully any item before advising and buying it for our customers.

8. When is my payment due ? Payment must be received within 40 business days of the confirmation of sale, unless other arrangements are made at time of sale.

9. What forms of payment do you accept ? We accept cash and wire transfers (click here for details and instructions). All payments must be in euros.

10. How is packing handled ? We use transporters with 30 years of experience in the specialized packing and shipping of antiques and fine art.

11. What are your shipping options ? We ship worldwide. We offer a full range of door to door shipping possibilities: consolidated air or sea freight, consolidated or individual containers.

12. What kind of insurance do you provide ? We offer an insurance coverage at competitive rates including : Total damage, lost or broken items.

13. Can pieces be expertised ? An expert is available upon request of the client. In this case, it is an official Expert appointed by the French Court.

14. How are customs handled ? For all of our shipments, we take care of the necessary export formalities.
